How to place an order
When you find an item or two that you'd like - Simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button on the product page to add those items to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping just go to the checkout to pay.
Ways to Pay
Atlas Accessories uses PayPal, an online payment system for accepting payments, as this is an easy, fast, and most importantly safe way for you to pay! PayPal is convenient as it allows Atlas Accessories to accept credit & debit card payments without any extra charges for us or for you!
If you are unfamiliar with PayPal or haven't used PayPal before please visit www.paypal.com where you can find more information. Atlas Accessories can assure you that payments through PayPal are always secure.
Atlas Accessories is also happy to accept payments by cheque or postal order from UK customers, however they must be sent snail-mail to us prior to orders being sent out. If you wish to arrange this method of payment, please send us an email so we can arrange it. It's firstname.lastname@example.org
To keep things simple, Atlas Accessories offers Free UK Delivery on orders over £20. For orders less than £20, we have a standard £4.99 courier charge if it is being delivered in the UK. Anyone wishing to order outside of mainland UK, please contact me for postage costs. It's email@example.com
International Customers (Non-UK)
Atlas Accessories does accept International orders, however the P&P will rise in order to cover the extra postage costs. Please be aware that International customers are responsible if there are any taxes due when the package is delivered. Orders are always despatched within 3 days - Sometimes, even the same day as payment is received! Basically, you can rest assured that Atlas Accessories will do it as fast as we can. Once your order has been processed and posted you will receive an e-mail informing you that it has been sent. We always get proof of postage. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your order as a result of the postal carrier once the goods have left Atlas Accessories HQ.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt. Please contact Atlas Accessories first via email@example.com so that we may authorise your return. Postal charges are not refundable. Items must be delivered in their original condition and damage free. If items are damaged in the post or by the courier, they must also be returned in original packaging.
